Steve is the Director of Global Licensing and Partnerships at MultiTracks.com and has a background as a performer, worship leader, producer and songwriter, and has found his life’s calling in supporting creative through business and rights management.
In 1999, Steve joined the staff of Hillsong Church holding several roles over his 23 years on staff, including Worship Pastor, Events Producer and Music Publishing Manager where Steve managed a team across multiple countries and had close to 175,000 songs under administration, including multiple Grammy and Dove Award winning songwriters.
Steve has also served a 9-year tenure on the board of the Australian Mechanical Copyright Owners Society (AMCOS), 14 years as a Director of the Australasian Music Publishers Association Limited (AMPAL) and spent several years serving on the executive of the Church Music Publishers Association (CMPA) in the United States. In 2018 Steve joined the team at MultiTracks.com to bring continued support to the partnership initiatives with songwriters, artists, publishers and labels.

With a unique career path that blends ministry and music industry leadership, Stephen has served as an Executive and Creative Pastor at several influential local churches and as an Executive Leader in the Christian music business.
Today, he partners with churches to create and release original music while managing artists to help navigate their career and ministry. His work bridges the gap between ministry vision and practical execution, empowering artist and teams to foster creativity, steward their ministry well, and expand their reach.
